Our Approach
Approvals first, marketing second
A plot is only worth what its documents say it is worth. Every Vivanta layout is taken through STRR Planning Authority sanction, DC conversion and K-RERA registration before it is offered for sale, and every site is issued with Khata. The numbers are printed on our material so buyers can verify them for themselves.
How We Work

Land on the eastern growth corridor, chosen for connectivity and clean title.
Sanction
Layout plan through the STRR Planning Authority, and DC conversion for residential use.
Build
Roads, drains, underground electricity, water, STP, landscaping and the clubhouse.
Register
K-RERA registration and Khata for every site, so buyers can register and build.
